HOW TO WORK?

To use the CV boot clamp and pliers, you'll need to wrap the band around the boot, thread it through the clip, and use the winding mandrel and ratchet wrench to apply tension. Once the band is tightened, use the cutter pliers to trim off any excess, and then rotate the tool to bend the band back onto the clip.
