To ensure cooling efficiency, all TYC Charge Air Cooler/Intercooler are similar to OE construction for number of tubes and cooling fins. TYC Charge Air Cooler/Intercooler tanks are molded using super heat resistant, high density polymer plastic for added protection against extreme engine temperatures. Each TYC Charge Air Cooler/Intercooler is leak-tested before leaving the factory to ensure consistent quality.
