Use to add aftermarket speakers to factory door location. Water resistant- Sturdy plastic. Includes 2 pair for 4 doors- 4 speaker plates and 4 speaker wire harness. Fits most 5.25" and 6.5 inch speakers- Speaker plate dimensions- depth- approximately 1/4 of an inch- approximately 5 3/4" mounting width - this will fit a true 6.5" loosely (see 2nd picture). Oversized and very deep speakers wont' work. Not all speakers have the same dimensions even if they are listed as the same overall size.
