Whether there is a red light indicator? If so, please make sure the USB has been installed successfully as shown in the picture above. If no such page is displayed, it means that the installed USB audio device fails. Please try another computer. If there is no light show, please exchange another USB port to take a look.
2. When the headphone is connected, the sound above the headphone is normal, but the sound of the microphone is very quiet:
This is due to the volume of the microphone in your computer. Please adjust the micro volume to maximum.
