Each 17-1/2 x 18-1/2-inch envelope is sized to fit the HF2515 15-1/2-inch square screen and is compatible with R.F. Hunter HF 80, HF 130, and HF 165 filtration systems manufactured after 1991. To install, slide a fresh envelope over the screen, align the opening with the threaded stem, and secure the assembly according to your machine instructions. During filtration, oil passes through the paper-and-screen assembly before being pumped back into the fryer. The paper helps capture food particles and light sediment that can continue to burn and carbonize in hot oil. Removing that loose residue through regular filtration helps preserve usable oil life and supports more consistent color, crispness, and taste across fried chicken, fries, and other menu items. This case includes 100 disposable filter envelopes only. The HF2515 screen, clamp, filter machine, and filter powder are not included.
