The RCBS Universal Hand Priming Tool is built for reloaders who want better control over primer seating. Instead of priming on the press, this tool lets you feel each primer as it goes in, which makes it easier to catch tight pockets or stop before crushing one. The universal case holder covers a wide range of cartridges without shell holders, from .32 ACP to .45‑70. A built‑in safety gate separates the primer being seated from the rest in the tray, and the large tray keeps primers oriented and easy to feed. It includes the parts needed for both large and small primers and works for rifle and pistol brass.
