This adapter plate allows you to attach your Blackhawk holster (including Omnivore and T-Series models) to a Safari land QLS 19 fork. Once installed, you can quickly move your holster between QLS-compatible belt mounts, drop-leg platforms, or vehicle mounts.

🔹 MADE FROM 6061-T6 ALUMINUM WITH ANODIZED FINISH
The plate is precision machined from 6061-T6 aluminum billet and finished with hard coat anodizing. This provides corrosion resistance and a non-reflective matte black surface suitable for field use.

🔹 COMPLETE HARDWARE KIT INCLUDED
Comes with three #8-32 Black 3 Prong T-Nuts, 3 pieces of #8-32 x 3/8" hex socket head cap screws, and 3 pieces of #8-32 x 3/8" Phillips head screws., and one hex wrench. All fasteners are included — no need to purchase additional hardware or make a trip to the store.

🔹 DIRECT FIT — NO MODIFICATION REQUIRED
The adapter uses standard Blackhawk mounting hole spacing and aligns with the Safari land QLS fork pattern. Installation is bolt-on; no drilling, tapping, or permanent modification to your holster or gear is needed.

Works with Blackhawk Omnivore, T-Series, and most standard Blackhawk holsters that use a flat mounting surface. Fits Safari land QLS 19 fork receivers and any QLS-based belt system including UBL mid-ride, drop-leg, and MOLLE adapters. Adapter plate only — QLS fork and holster are not included.
