This Carlisle ROP14 OptiClean blue plastic wash rack has pegs, an open end, and is suitable for washing baking sheets, trays, and other items. This rack has eight rows of eight pegs that are 2.96" high and 1.75" apart for helping to separate and hold items on an angle to facilitate washing. It has plate locks for helping to secure the items and prevent them from knocking together, chipping, and breaking. This wash rack is open on one end for holding items that are longer than the rack and to facilitate loading and unloading. It is made of Carlisle Blue polypropylene for resistance to breakage and fatigue, chemicals, and heat, and has a double-wall construction for strength and to help protect contents from moving dish machine parts. This rack has honeycomb upper walls with rounded edges to help distribute the load and provide handholds for gripping. A textured finish on the outside of the rack's solid lower walls and corners help resist slipping and scratching. This wash rack has molded handles for gripping, and a four-way track on the bottom to eliminate the need to rotate the rack when loading it into a dish machine.
This wash rack meets NSF International/American National Standards Institute (ANSI) Standard 2 for food equipment. It measures 19.75 x 19.75 x 4 inches (L x W x H). (L is length, the horizontal distance from front to back; W is width, the horizontal distance from left to right; H is height, the vertical distance from lowest to highest point.)
