Operation Method
1. Place the stapling machine on a flat, solid surface. Ensure all four feet contact the ground firmly to prevent wobbling during operation.
2. Step on the foot pedal without load several times. Check if the clutch engages and resets properly, and if the punch moves smoothly without jamming or noise.
3. Observe if the staple feeding mechanism delivers one staple per pedal press.
4. Align the cardboard joint with the anvil under the stapling head. Hold the cardboard steady against the support arm with both hands.
5. Press the foot pedal firmly. The stapling head will feed, form, drive the staple, and reset in one action. Release the pedal immediately.
6. For multiple staples, move the cardboard and repeat the pedal - pressing to complete the row.
7. After stapling, check if staples have penetrated and clinched properly. They should be straight and evenly spaced.
8. Clean the stapling head, punch, and anvil to remove dust, debris, and adhesive residue.
9. Store the machine in a dry, well - ventilated area when not in use.
10. For long - term storage, apply rust - preventive oil to moving parts of the stapling head and cover it with a dust cover.
