Installation and precautions
1. Before use, pay attention to check whether the component is damaged during transportation, and then install and use;
2. During installation, ensure that the gas flow direction and nozzle type are correct. The medium must pass through the 40μm filter cartridge.
3. Please note whether the installation conditions meet the technical requirements (such as "voltage", "operating frequency", "working pressure", "operating temperature range", etc.), and then install and use:
4. Pay attention to the direction of gas flow during installation, P is the intake port, A(B) is the working port, R(S) is the exhaust port;
5. Try to avoid use in a vibrating environment, and pay attention to anti-freezing measures at low temperatures;
6. When picking up pipelines, pay attention to the sealing tape wrapping not exceeding the end face of the joint teeth, pay attention to removing the powder, iron and other dirt in the pipeline joint, to avoid miscellaneous or foreign matter entering the body;
7. Pay attention to dust. It is recommended that the exhaust port be installed with noise reduction, compaction, noise reduction and throttling. Install dust jacket on inlet and outlet when not in use.
8. When debugging the whole machine, it is recommended to use manual device debugging first, and then power debugging.
