Things to note
1. Do not expose the vacuum dryer to the following chemical substances and their vapors: strong bases, hydrocarbons, aromatic or halogenated hydrocarbons, and ketones.
2. It cannot be used for high-pressure sterilization.
3. Wash with hot soap or mild detergent solution, then rinse thoroughly with water. Do not use organic solvents, strong alkaline cleaners or corrosive solvents.
4. Installation of special needle valve: When the product leaves the factory, the air needle valve has been installed on the base of the vacuum dryer. When customers need to install a special needle valve by themselves, they must use the metal hexagon on the valve body and tighten it with a suitable wrench. The appropriate tightening torque is 12-14N.m (120-140kfg.cm). The pipe joint on the needle valve body is equipped with sealant and can be assembled and disassembled 2-3 times under normal circumstances. If there is no longer a seal, wrap sealing tape (raw tape) around the sealant before use. When using sealing tape, leave 1.5-2 pitches at the front end of the thread and do not wrap the sealing tape. Just gently close the regulating valve without over-tightening.
