Work vests were generally plain in design; however, some vests did feature basic stripes or patterns, which added a touch of style to an otherwise utilitarian garment. Typically worn by miners, railroad and construction workers, these durable vests were built to withstand the rigors of everyday work. Often worn with other workwear such as canvas trousers, covered by an apron, or a Chore Coat to protect them from dirt and wear.
Our work vest features a high collarless design, seven faux bone buttons to keep it all fastened up, and three straight inset pockets for a gentleman's small necessities.
Made from durable 100% cotton canvas exterior and 100% cotton lining. Imported. Machine washable cold and tumble dry low. Available in sizes S-3X.
