Our tire vulcanized rubber doesn't simply adhere; it goes through a true vulcanization process, allowing the repair material to bond with the tire's rubber, restoring its original strength and elasticity. This is the same technology used by professional tire, and now you can easily DIY it!
Instructions
1. Locate the puncture and thoroughly clean the rubber around it, ensuring it's dry.
2. Apply a thin layer around the puncture, slightly larger than the patch.
3. Press the rubber patch onto the applied area and press firmly for 1 minute to ensure a complete fit.
4. Allow the rubber patch to rest for 24 hours before driving at high speeds or with heavy loads to achieve optimal strength. Precautions
1. Use only for repairing the tread area. Do not use on tires with extensive sidewall damage or broken tire plies.
2. Keep away from sources of fire and maintain good ventilation during application.
3. Avoid direct skin contact.
4. Perform a dynamic balance test on the repaired tire before installation.
5. Store in a cool, dark place away from direct sunlight. Securely cap the bottle after use to prevent curing.
