Gear Installation Steps and Attention Points:
1. Compare the gear teeth on the original motor, select the teeth of the same size;
2. Press a sturdy object against the motor shaft in the center of the rear end (back cover) of the motor;
3. Align the center hole of the gear with the motor output shaft, use hammer carefully tap to install on the motor shaft.
Note:
1. When installing, please place the bottom(rear end) of the motor on solid surface.
2. When installing the gear, be sure to tap with extreme care as it is a press fit.
3. Before installing the gear, please verify carefully. Once installed, it cannot be easily removed unless a special gear puller is used.
Note:
1.Confirm your motor model is RS550/RS555 or motor size match, and the motor gear is 10 teeth.
2.Confirm that the voltage range of the motor is 18-24V, choose a motor with the same or similar voltage.
3.Confirm the number of teeth of your motor is 10 teeth, make sure to choose the motor with the same number of teeth, and verify that the outer diameter and thickness of the gears are the same or similar.
