SIMPLE INSTALLATION STEPS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1. Disconnect the negative battery terminal to prevent electrical shock.
2. Release the serpentine belt tension and remove the belt from the alternator pulley.
3. Disconnect the electrical connectors and main power cable.
4. Remove the mounting bolts and take out the old alternator.
5. Install the new JAYUAUTO alternator and tighten the mounting bolts to factory torque specifications.
6. Reconnect the electrical connectors and main power cable.
7. Reinstall the serpentine belt and restore proper tension.
8. Reconnect the battery and start the engine to verify charging performance.
