AMACO Velvet V-366 Teddy Bear Brown Underglaze (2 oz.) is a chestnut color that is a warm tan at Cone 05, darkens to a russet color at Cone 5, and lightens and begins to burn out at Cone 10.
AMACO Velvet “V” Underglazes can be applied to bisque and wet/unfired clay.
Apply to wet/bone-dry clay before firing, or on Cone 04 bisque and cover with a glaze before firing to Cone 05-10.
When left unglazed, these underglazes have a soft, velour look. Glaze with clear matte glaze for a satin finish, or gloss glaze to intensify color.
Mix to create hundreds of colors!
