Direct OEM replacement stainless steel 140mm jet pump wear ring for Sea-Doo Spark personal watercraft. Featuring a nylon outer ring with precision-machined inner stainless steel sleeve, this wear ring maintains tighter impeller tolerances over a significantly longer service life than standard OEM plastic rings. Compatible with all Sea-Doo Spark platform models from 2014 through 2025 including Spark 2UP, 3UP, Trixx 1UP/2UP/3UP, Spark 60, and Spark 90 equipped with 900cc ACE and 900 HO ACE 3-cylinder engines. Restores factory impeller clearance to eliminate cavitation and recover lost thrust, acceleration, and top speed. Replaces Sea-Doo 267000617, 267000925, and 267000813. Worn rings cause excessive impeller clearance leading to cavitation and reduced propulsion. Freeze ring one hour before installing and apply RTV silicone inside the pump housing for retention.
