These H-beam connecting rods are engineered for performance applications and compatible with 328i, 528i, E36, E46, and M52B28 engines.Each rod features a 135mm center-to-center length and is constructed from EN24 steel, offering strength under load conditions.The shot peened treatment improves fatigue resistance, while the floating pin design helps reduce stress during RPM.The set includes six connecting rods with standard 2000 3/8-inch bolts rated at 220, 000 psi.Optional L19 bolts rated at 260, 000 psi are available separately.Each rod supports up to 200 horsepower per cylinder and is suitable for engine speeds up to 9000 RPM.Specifications: big end diameter 48mm (1.89 inches), small end diameter 22mm (0.866 inches), both end widths 21.9mm (0.862 inches).Rods undergo magnetic particle inspection and sonic testing to verify structural integrity.Additional features include CNC machining, alignment dowels on rod caps, bore tolerance of +/-0.01 mm, and weight matched within +/-1 gram per rod.
