The Leopard 2A7V is one of the most modern battle tanks in the world and is used in numerous countries. The V stands for "improved" or rather "increased combat value". The improvements compared to the previous version are considerable: Better visibility thanks to the use of modern optics and camera systems. More firepower thanks to the revision of the 120 mm cannon. The communication system has been improved and the Battle Management System (BMS) is used. The chassis has also been reinforced with an additional protection module and an additional armour on the bow protects the tank better against armor-piercing ammunition. The original brings a stately 63.9 tons on the car and is powered by a 1500 HP engine. The Tamiya model is 1:48 scale and includes numerous details.
