NOVA JSPIN Pin Chuck Accessory Jaw Set are an accessory for NOVA Chucks, designed to expand your range and capacity of your standard NOVA Chuck for specific projects and applications. Universally fits to any NOVA Chuck for maximum flexibility, saving money as duplicate accessories are not needed for different NOVA Chucks. The NOVA JSPIN Pin Accessory Chuck Jaw set have a long nose, designed to act like a pin chuck - expanding into a pre-bored hole, a very useful technique for free form edged bowls. You don't have to bore an exact size as with other pin jaws. The longer jaws allow for a very powerful spigot grip for smaller work such as lace bobbins. They are also ideal for longer dowel work. Twist drills can also be gripped to enable the chuck to be used as a drill chuck. The jaw set features a small dovetail to mount small bowls. With a special NOVA wood turning dovetail profile, designed specifically for maximum strength and holding in wood turning, without crushing the wood fibers. These jaws will hold in both the contraction and the expansion modes. Precisely machined from a single solid piece of 1045 high tensile steel for precise closing, durability and long life.
