Woodpeckers FULLThrottle Blast Gates replace traditional sliding valves with a high-efficiency butterfly design that improves airflow, reduces maintenance and simplifies installation.

Inspired by top-fuel dragster intake systems, the butterfly valve leaves only a knife edge in the airflow path when open, dramatically reducing restriction and turbulence. When closed, the valve blocks airflow almost completely with little risk of chips preventing full closure—something sliding gates struggle with.

Because there are no grooves for chips to collect, FULLThrottle gates stay easy to operate without frequent cleaning. The lever can be mounted in any orientation—top, bottom or either side—making them ideal for overhead ducting, wall-mounted systems or tight spaces where side clearance is limited.

FULLThrottle gates are designed to fit virtually every 4" quick-change coupling available, making hose swapping fast and secure. The tapered fittings also simplify permanent hose installation, with a full 2" clamping length that seals reliably across different hose brands and styles. Optional Rack-It brackets provide a solid mounting solution when additional support is needed.
