SPECIFICATIONS: This 102-B model 1/2 PSI gas regulator is compatible with both natural gas and liquefied gas valves. It features 1/2" FPT pipe threads on both inlet and outlet, and includes a brass 1/2" NPT conversion adapter (1/2" NPT male x 3/8" flare male) along with a 1/2" NPT male x 1/2" NPT male fitting. Joint thread tape is also provided for secure installation. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: When used as an LPG gas regulator: inlet pressure is 2.74 Kpa (11" w.c.), outlet pressure adjusts to 2.45–2.55 Kpa (10" w.c.), with a gas flow rate of 30 L/min. For natural gas applications: inlet pressure is 1.74 Kpa (7" w.c.), outlet pressure ranges from 0.95 to 1.05 Kpa (4" w.c.), and the flow rate reaches 50 L/min. CONVENIENCE USE: Designed for adjustable operation, this regulator works with both natural gas and propane systems. It comes preset for LP gas—simply unscrew the 20.3mm diameter aluminum knob and switch the direction of the LP/NG copper shaft core for easy, fast conversion between fuel types. OPERATING TEMPERATURE: Suitable for use in temperatures from 32°F to 225°F (0°C to 107°C). Avoid installing the regulator too close to heating equipment or in extremely cold conditions, as heat or cold can affect the internal spring resistance. Note that this regulator does not shut off gas flow automatically. APPLICATION: Ideal for natural gas grills, heaters, ovens, gas welding equipment, and other applications requiring interchangeable NG and liquefied gas pressure regulation.
