The Canine TGF beta 1 Simplex ProcartaPlex Kit quantifies TGF beta 1 protein and can be combined with other Simplex kits to create custom multiplex panels using Luminex xMAP technology. When mixing multiple Simplex kits, only one buffer kit is required per assay plate. ProcartaPlex assays employ Luminex xMAP technology to simultaneously detect and quantify up to 80 protein targets in a single 25–50 μL sample from various bodily fluids. The Luminex beads in the ProcartaPlex assay feature unique spectral signatures created by internal dyes, enabling identification by Luminex xMAP detection systems.
