Store your cDNA at 2-6°C for up to 24 hours. For long-term storage, keep it at -15 to -25°C and add EDTA to a final concentration of 1 mM to hinder degradation. We suggest using these kits with TaqMan Pri-miRNA assays: High-Capacity cDNA Reverse Transcription Kit (Cat. No. 4368813) and High-Capacity RNA-to-cDNA Kit (Cat. No. 4387406).
