Provides workers flexibility and ease of movement, making it safe and reliable. USER CAPACITY: 1 Person with a combined weight (clothing, tools, etc.) of no more than 310 lbs.
EASY INSTALLATION: WELKFORDER D-Ring 2 Hole Anchor is installed on Metal and Concrete Substrate. DO NOT INSTALL onto wood substrates. Use two ½“ diameter, grade 8, metal deck bolts for Metal Substrate. Use two ½” diameter, 3“ long, grade 8 concrete bolts for Concrete Substrate with Minimum 3,600 lb. pullout strength required. (Fasteners are Not Provided)
ANSI & OSHA: WELKFORDER D-Ring 2 Hole Anchor is an active fall protection system that meets all of the design requirements or applicable standards set forth by OSHA 1926, 1910 and/or ANSI Z359. Applied to construction, roofing work, installation, window cleaning. Used by highly position workers, roofers, engineers, supervisors, technicians, industrial painters. etc.
WARNING: Welded installations must be performed by an American Welding Society (AWS) certified professional welder in accordance with the latest AWS codes and specifications. Welded D-Ring 2 Hole Anchors MUST NOT be used for multiple installation applications. This equipment must be used by a Competent Person. Or the user must read and fully understand the limitations and proper use of the Fall protection equipment, and be properly trained by the Competent Person prior to use.
