  • Heavy Duty - Made from high pressure die-cast zinc with self-lubricating nylon cam by Kason. Chrome finish. Strong self-lubricating nylon cam delivers smooth, trouble-free door operation. Doors lift off without disassembly or removing hinges.
  • Reversible Left or Right Handed - Supplied as right hand. Reversible by removing the blade and pin, and reassembling on opposite sides of strap. Simple manual operation reverses hinges for use on right or left-opening door.
  • Flush vs Offset - Flush: the door and jamb (doorframe) are at the same surface. Offset means the distance between the surface of the door and jamb (doorframe). Follow the picture instructions to measure the offset accurately.
  • Industry Standard Self-Closing Cam-Rise Hinges - Rebound on the gravity of the door to close with less effort. Cam-rise action reduces gasket wear, even with irregular floors. Drilled and countersunk mounting holes for 1/4" (6.0 mm) Flat-Head Screws. NOTE: Screws are not included.
  • Item Specifications - Overall Size: 10" x 5-1/2". Holds door open beyond 130°. Caution: Please check the markings on the back of the hinge and measure the offset before purchasing. Jamb side marking: 1245-187-54, Blade marking: 1245-644-54.

Cam-rise action reduces gasket wear, even with irregular floors. Simple manual operation reverses hinges for use on right or left hand doors. Holes drilled and countersunk for 1/4” (6.0mm) screws. Built-in dwell holds door open beyond approximately 135 degrees and doors lift off without disassembly or removing hinges. Offset: Flush. Please refer to diagram for detailed size.
