Phosphate Buffered Saline (PBS) is a balanced salt solution used for a variety of applications, including reagent preparation, diluting cells for flow cytometry, and as a cell culture reagent. This product does not contain calcium or magnesium. Instruction for use: One tablet dissolved in 100 mL of distilled or deionized water yields 1X PBS solution containing 137 mM sodium chloride, 2.7 mM potassium chloride, and 10 mM phosphate buffer at pH ~7.4 (±0.1) without pH adjustment.
