Dry single plate electromagnetic clutch mainly consists of magnetic yoke armature spring plate rotor flange, etc. The magnetic yoke coil is energized to generate a magnetic field, which attracts the armature and generates frictional , causing the driven part to engage or brake, and is reset with a specially formed spring plate. The product has a simple structure, short braking delay time, and high braking . Suitable for situations in mechanical transmission systems that require timed coupling or brake positioning requirements. Like precision machine tools. Usage conditions
This series of clutches can work reliably under the following conditions
1. Working under dry conditions;
2. There is no explosion hazard in the surrounding medium, and there are no gases or conductive dust that are sufficient to corrode metals and damage insulation;
3. The working environment temperature is -40~+150 , and the surface of the friction plate and armature must not have oil stains and must be kept clean;
4. The insulation level is B, the protection level is IP23, and the voltage fluctuation range does not exceed+5% and -15%;
5. The working air gap shall not exceed the maximum working air gap, and the main and driven sides of the brake shall be fixed, without axial displacement;
6. Installation method: Install horizontally in the axial direction and vertically in the axial direction. The installation of the clutch must ensure that the coaxiality is not greater than 0.1mm;
