Product Brief
Engineered for professional performance, this 3/8" NPT air compressor filter regulator combo features dual 5-micron brass filters with reusable elements for superior contaminant removal and extended service life. The self-relieving regulator precisely controls outlet pressure from 0-145 PSI (0-10 Bar), while the semi-automatic drain ensures reliable, power-free operation. Delivering a high flow capacity of 70 SCFM (2000 L/min) at 90 PSI, and equipped with an impact-protected polycarbonate bowl rated for 41-140°F (5-60°C), this system handles demanding workshop conditions with ease. The complete installation kit includes a 0-150 PSI pressure gauge with mounting bracket, air coupler & plug kit, two 3/8" NPT fittings, and thread seal tape for immediate setup.

Product Usage Notice:
- Pre-Installation Requirements: Verify component specifications meet maximum flow demands. Thoroughly cleanse all ports and fittings to prevent contaminant ingress. Confirm airflow direction matches the arrow indicator and ensure port/thread compatibility.
- Pressure Regulation Procedure: Lift the adjustment knob—rotate clockwise to increase pressure, counterclockwise to decrease. Upon reaching the desired setpoint, fully depress and secure the knob to prevent pressure drift and potential seal leakage.
- Semi-Automatic Drain Management: The mechanical drain assembly automatically opens at zero pressure and closes during operation—requiring no electrical power. When condensate exceeds the bowl's upper limit, manual drainage is necessary to maintain dehumidification efficiency, delivering superior reliability and lower lifetime costs versus electronic auto drains.
- Gauge Integrity Check: Ensure the pressure gauge is firmly mounted to the main body. During adjustment, observe that the needle responds smoothly without fluctuation or hesitation.
- Initial Startup Note: First-time installation may exhibit temporary air discharge due to initial internal/external pressure imbalance. This is normal venting—not leakage—and will stabilize within minutes.
- Operational Precautions: Always tighten fittings with a proper wrench to prevent leakage.
