The Vulcan VHFA18 is a mobile, heated cart. The heated cabinet is non-insulated and has a holding capacity of (18) 18" x 26" x 1" sheet pans or (36) 12" x 20" x 2-1/2" steam table pans. The unit is easy to move around with 5" casters - 2 swivel and 2 rigid with locks. With stainless steel construction, the cabinet is built to last even in the busiest of kitchens! Additional features include: fan and air tunnel, fixed tray slides 3", glass door, 120V/60/1-ph. 2.0kW. 16.7 amp. 8' cord included.
