🛩️Polyimide is one of the organic polymer materials with the best comprehensive performance. It can withstand temperatures above 400℃, and the long-term usage temperature range is from -200℃ to 400℃. It has no obvious melting point, excellent insulation properties, with a dielectric constant of 4.0 at 103 Hz and a dielectric loss of only 0.004 to 0.007. It belongs to F to H class insulation materials.
🛩️The product has excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, and can be used for a long time within the range of 200 to 300 degrees Celsius. It can withstand temperatures up to 400 degrees Celsius for a short period. It has a low thermal conductivity and undergoes minimal softening and deformation at high temperatures.
🛩️The mechanical strength is high, with the tensile strength exceeding 170 MPa. The measured tensile strength of the 0.25MM inner diameter casing is 4N; the friction performance is excellent, with a friction coefficient of approximately 0.5.
🛩️The insulation performance is excellent, with a dielectric constant of approximately 3.4 and a dielectric strength of over 100KV. The measured insulation voltage of a 0.03MM thick cable is greater than 3000V.
🛩️Chemically stable, resistant to various organic solvents and acids (except strong acids), resistant to boiling water and radiation, and with minimal volatiles at high vacuum conditions.
