Intended for single use, this design eliminates the need for post-use CIP cleaning, regeneration, and cleaning validation, saving operational time and reducing the risk of cross-contamination. Pre-treated to lower TOC and conductivity levels, it effectively minimizes endotoxin and bioburden. No pre-use alkaline washing is required, allowing for swift experimental setup. Each filter is individually packaged and gamma-irradiated before shipping to ensure sterility.
