Seafood boil bags & use for marinading meats
These bags are very sturdy and of great size. you can use these to store meats while having them marinate overnight and it held up very well with no rips or tears.
just going at it with boiling water. When you put the items in the bag, don't seal it closed - that would result in the air inside expanding and causing it to open.
I like to squeeze as much air out as I can, then submerge the bag and open a small section. The best use of this is with seasonings. Juices from the items will mix with the seasoning and be concentrated.
As always, take it out carefully and pour out the contents slowly.
