Zebra fish ( Danios ) are small, very active, nonaggressive, egg-laying fish with horizontal stripes. The zebra fish is widely used in molecular and developmental genetic engineering studies. Complete with care instructions. Tropical fish such as zebra fish are excellent choices for the classroom aquarium. Our zebra fish are hand-selected for size and health, so you can enjoy them for years to come. Aquaria for these fish require a heater to maintain proper water temperature (75 to 80° F).
