This 3-piece nickel plated indexable end mill set features 90° square shoulder design with APKT1003 carbide inserts. Includes 3/8", 1/2" and 5/8" cutting diameters (3" length) for versatile milling operations.
The carbide inserts (APKT1003) have excellent durability and performance. They have a longer lifespan and faster operating speed than uncoated blades. This end mill is equipped with a 10° rectangular blade, which can achieve high cutting depth and feed per tooth.
When the cutting edge becomes dull, simply rotate the blade in the tool holder to use the sharp edge. This design can maximize tool efficiency.
Perfect for all types of square shoulder face milling, side milling and full slot milling (shaft end mills) of steels, alloyed steels, stainless and heat resistant steels, case irons and aluminum alloys. Specialized for heavy-duty machining centers.
