The perfect union of two pieces of wood begins with an absolutely precise center point. When the tenon and mortise miss each other by even a fraction of a millimeter, the structure loses its integrity.
We have sculpted this 16-hole "wall of precision" from A2 steel. Each circle of holes is a gentle invitation to the wood. The hardness achieved through high-temperature quenching and the sharpness of laser cutting are all designed to guide the wood to its straightest and deepest point the moment it is drilled.
How to Use: fix the steel dowel plate on the workbench, cut the blank with chisel to the straightest , otherwise the dowel will not be straight; Cut off the 4 corners of the front end of the blank, find the most suitable hole, tap it through the dowel plate with the tool, then move the plate to the next hole and repeat the previous step until you achieve the desired effect
