Hot melt drill bit classification option:
1. Round mouth hot melt drill:
The hot-drill penetrates the workpiece to form a bush while forming a collar on the workpiece face. This collar is suitable for thread sealing or nut washers.
2. Flat mouth hot melt drill:
The middle stepped part of the flat-type hot melt drill bit is ground with a milling cutter edge, and the hot melt drill pierces the workpiece to form a bush while cutting the convex ring of the workpiece face (milling and chamfering) to make the workpiece face smooth.
