The regulator maintains proper fuel pressure within the injection system and is typically identified by its OEM part number stamped or referenced during service. Other Mercury Marine part numbers are 802630, 802630T, 802630T01, and 8M0069803. The same regulator is also used for Volvo Penta applications under part numbers 3861279, 3857703, 3861268, and 3808522, which are superseded in Volvo Penta catalogs by later assemblies 23806259.
