Heater Blend Door Motor compatible with Kenworth T680 & Peterbilt 579.The Bergstrom 651258 is the OEM actuator used to control the airflow and temperature inside the modern PACCAR cab. If your driver cannot change the temperature (stuck hot/cold) or hears a constant Clicking Noise behind the dash, this actuator is the likely failure point.
Why Specs Matter:
This unit features a specific 120° Rotation. Installing a standard auto parts store actuator will not open the vent fully and may damage the HVAC box.
