Installation Procedure:
1、Disessfpble the old fuel tank cap assembly：
Unlock the fuel tank cap, rotate it counterclockwise and remove theoriginal filler shell. Make sure to keep the fixing screws and thesealing gasket.
2、Aga tomarks and position the installation：
Align the alignment marks on the new filler housing with thecorresponding marks on the fuel pump or fuel tank interface toensure the correct installation direction.
3、Fix the sealing components：
Install the sealing gasket or rubber ring to the oil tank opening, pressthe filler shell until it is completely in place, and tighten the fixingscrews according to the original screw holes.
4、Connect the auxiliary components：
Connect the overflow hose, breathing hose, etc. to the interface ofthe filler shell along the original path, and ensure that the hosejoints are not twisted or folded.
5、Functional testing and safety inspection：
Test the smoothness ofopening/closing the fuel tank cap; Afterclosing the fuel tank cap, observe whether the edges are evenlyattached and simulate a water spray test to verify the waterproof performance
