  • Table saw blades, circular saw blades, miter saw blades, contractor blades and professional level saw blades are a costly but a necessary tool for us to get work done on our woodworking projects. It makes perfect sense to keep them in the best possible condition so we don't have to keep buying new ones. One way to do this is to periodically clean them to get rid of the gum and pitch build up on the blade. Problem is, finding a container or tray to do this without making a mess.
  • The Sili Saw Blade Cleaning Tray not only provides you with the perfect place to clean your saw blade, the side wall also conveniently raises upward to make sure that you don't make a mess while cleaning your saw blade. Made from silicone rubber, the tray won't damage your carbide tipped saw blades and you can use most any type of saw blade cleaning solution without worrying about damaging the tray.
  • In the center of the tray is a rubber protruding nub that accepts a standard 5/8” arbor hole size that is found on most saw blades. A saw blade with a 5/8” arbor hole opening fits snuggly around the nub. This comfortably holds your saw blade in place and actually allows you to rotate the blade while cleaning. The nub sits on a raised rubber base so you can tilt the blade side to side to raise up one end while your cleaning.
  • The inner diameter of the Sili Saw Blade Cleaning Tray is approximately 13” so it will easily accommodate saw blades up to 12” in diameter. When the tray is fully raised, the tray measures approximately 2-1/8” tall which makes it the ideal container to clean saw blades in. Typically a soft nylon or brass wire brush (not included) is used to clean saw blades in conjunction with a saw blade cleaning solution (not included).
  • When you are done cleaning your saw blades, you'll need to dispose of or even better yet, store the used solution in its original or new container for later use. To make this easy, the Sili Saw Blade Cleaning Tray features a convenient spout at the bottom of the tray to make transferring the solution into a bottle a snap. The tray also features a hang tab at the top for quick and easy storage.
