This is a clutch-type posi unit, also known as a Trac-Lok, designed as a direct replacement for all 9 inch 28 spline axles.
It fits all gear ratios and is intended for rear placement on the vehicle.
The unit is constructed from 45# steel and 20CrMnTi materials and features a 4 pinion design.
The differential is finished in silver.
