Operation Method
1. Park the vehicle safely on the two-column lifting platform, lift the vehicle to the correct horizontal position, remove the wheels, check the bearing clearance on the wheels and install the driver adapter.
2. Remove the brake pad base and place it properly.
3. If there is any dirt on the brake disc and brake shell, remove the dirt and install the connector on the brake disc. Before the brake disc is ground, it is necessary to clearly understand the requirements for the thickest and thinnest dimensions of the brake disc. If the thickness of the brake disc is smaller than the thinnest requirement, do not grind the brake disc and be sure to replace the brake disc. If the thickness of the brake disc is greater than the technical parameters of the machine, do not attempt to operate it.
4. Install the clamp to the operation position by hand and then tighten the screws with a wrench.
5. Install the disc lathe, install the screws by hand and adjust the center position. Tighten the screws with a torque wrench. Do not exceed 50Nm. Then use a long hex wrench to fix the clamp screws.
6. Install the driver unit: Adjust the bracket height to the appropriate position and connect the driver with the driver adapter. After fixing the position, press the brake to ensure that the driver cannot move randomly.
