Filtration steps： Step 1: Pour the collected maple liquid into our pre-filter to allow for debris removal. Step 2: Boil the maple sap and when the sap reaches 216 degrees F, it can be filtered through the pre-filter again to remove most of the sugar sand. Step 3: Place the pre-filter in a heavy duty filter. As the syrup is boiled again and poured through this two-stage filter, you will collect maple syrup that becomes clear.
