Production steps:
Preparation ingredients: big bean wax, white beeswax, mold, wax wire, rubber puree, fusion wax furnace, fusion wax, wax fixed device, pigment, stir spoon
Step 1: Thread the wax into the mold and plug the hole with plasticine
Step 2: Weigh the wax required by the mold (in the proportion of soybean wax and beeswax 1 to 1) and place it the wax melting furnace for heating and melting
Step 3: Add pigment to the wax solution at about 90 degrees and stir well, pour into the mold
Step 4: About an hour after entering the mold, the candle will have a . Cut off the excess wax lines and add a layer of wax with the same color
Step 5: Wait about 4 hours for complete cooling, and knock the wax the hard properly to demould

Common reasons for bad de-molding of candles:
1. The wax material used is wrong, and the PC mold does not fit pure soybean wax.
2. The candle is not completely cooled when de-molding. Generally, it will be completely cooled for at least 4 hours. The bigger the candle is, the hotter the weather is, and the longer the cooling time will be.
