The Microwave User Interface Control Board processes and sends time and cook settings to the main control board inside the appliance. This part is designed to be used with select microwave brands, including Whirlpool® and KitchenAid®; check to see if your model number is compatible. Replacing this part will require basic hand tools, some disassembly of the microwave and novice repair experience. You must unplug the microwave or shut off the house circuit breaker before installing this part.
