This fish filet knife kit model makes small work of filet cuts and is very easy to handle and control. Try one...you will love it! 0.126 inch stainless steel handle pinstock is included with this kit. For optional handle pin treatments, use any 1/8 inch (0.125in) diameter pinstock, mosaic pins, or handle fastener products.
