Important Reminders
- Dual-battery fast charge requires a 30W PD adapter and a USB-C to USB-C cable (the X5 camera cable works). USB-A to USB-C cables supply only 5 V—insufficient for simultaneous charging.
- To unlock 20 W speed, select 20 W/channel in the menu (default is 12 W+12 W for aftermarket battery safety). 20 W+7 W mode hits 27 W total—first battery 0-80 % in ~35 min.
- Battery not detected? Press the battery firmly until you hear the “click” on the left side—especially with new cells.
