High-Efficiency Distillation: This lab-use distillation device comes with a 5L large-caliber rotary evaporation flask. The flask is heated rotationally in a stainless steel water bath to fully diffuse the internal solution for efficient evaporation. For common solvents (e.g., water, alcohol), its evaporation rate reaches at least 2L/h and 4L/h respectively, supporting fast processing of large amounts of volatile solvents under reduced pressure.
High-Vacuum Sealing: It adopts patented PTFE and fluororubber double rotary sealing technology, which can stably maintain the equipment's vacuum degree at 399.9Pa (below 3mmHg) to ensure the effect of reduced-pressure distillation. It is paired with a corrosion-resistant PTFE discharge valve to prevent reactions between materials and the valve, improving the accuracy of experimental results.
Intelligent Control: Equipped with a digital display temperature control system (room temperature–99℃) for accurate and reliable temperature regulation, the main unit supports 20–100RPM variable-frequency stepless speed adjustment to match different materials. It also comes with an electric lifting function (0–100mm stroke) for easy flask operation.
Multi-Compatible: It can be combined with various auxiliary equipment such as circulating water multi-purpose vacuum pumps, diaphragm vacuum pumps, and low-temperature coolant circulation pumps. It supports continuous collection without affecting the system's vacuum distillation and the state of the solution, improving experimental efficiency.
Safe and Durable: The stainless steel water bath (Φ300×170mm) is corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. Glass components use a rotary-push installation method to prevent damage from rigid assembly. Ensure proper grounding and unobstructed cooling/exhaust pipes during use; the optional explosion-proof model boosts safety for flammable and explosive material distillation.
