This beautiful bishop dress has been pleated so you can practice those smocking skills. It has short sleeves and is professionally finished and ready for you to smock. It has 5/6 rows in the collar for smocking around the neck depending on size, please be advise that the pattern around the neck is not completely symmetric, this is meant to be a play dress, and it was our first try at pleating this kinda fabric pattern. There are 2 more pleated rows in the sleeves; and buttons down the back for easy manipulation and access. The material is plaid black and turquoise flannel cotton fabric perfect for Fall and Winter.
